President Bola Tinubu on Friday held a closed-door meeting with Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, former governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike and former Delta State governor, James Ibori.
Makinde and Wike were part of the G-5 governors who supported the presidential aspirations of Tinubu even though they were in the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Ibori is also a member of the PDP but had kept a lower public profile in his support for Tinubu during the 2023 presidential polls.
