The Resident Pastor of the Byazgin-Kubwa, Abuja branch of Living Faith Church, aka, Winners Chapel Worldwide, Paul Ephraim has asked members to totally focus on God for favours as against focusing on man to optimise the gains of fellowship and worship.
The advice is coming as Winners Chapel Worldwide prepares for its annual Shiloh pilgrimage.
The Resident Pastor sees favour as the loudest manifestation of God’s presence in a Man’s life and urged Worshipers to focus on God and pray for renewed spiritual strength for the Founder of the Church, Bishop David Oyedepo in the forthcoming Shiloh pilgrimage.
“Favour covers your errors and colours your efforts. A genuine heart for God will give you wisdom”, he said during a church service.
He urged members to seek wisdom as a way of tapping the favours of God.
“I’m just confused is a language of the man that lacks wisdom”.
Quoting from the Bible book of Matthew, Chapter six verse thirty-three, Paul Ephraim said: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and. every other thing shall be added unto you”.
“People do things to impress people who are not looking them’. All of us are looking forward up to Jesus”, he added.
“Favour means to be chosen, to be preferred.
“If you are wise, you will be favoured. Favour is a convenient story changer of the believer. The proof of when God’s favour is upon your life is when men favour you”, Ephraim submitted while urging worshipers to prepare for the Shiloh programme coming up in Sango Ota, Ogun State where Winners Chapel Worldwide is headquartered.
