Former Delta State House of Assembly Aspirant, Ughelli North II, Mr. Oke Umurhohwo, has congratulated the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his birthday on Sunday.
In a press statement made available to newsmen, Mr. Umurhohwo joined hands with the good people of Okpe local government area and Delta state at large to celebrate the Speaker of the Delta state House of Assembly on this auspicious anniversary of his birthday.
Extolling the quality leadership of Oborevwori, Umurhohwo said his humility, simplicity, and discipline in the discharge of his civic responsibility have brought the House to an enviable height by providing a harmonious space for all members to engage themselves in constructive debates both on state and national issues for the development of Deltans.
Mr. Speaker has over the past years demonstrated selflessness to service in his representation of his constituency and maturity in his leadership of the House, which has contributed immensely to the healthy Executive-Legislature relations in the state. And the Assembly under his administration has remained peaceful and always ready for early passage of Bills that have impacted the lives of Deltans.
