Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has tested positive for coronavirus (Covid-1).
He announced so himself on his twitter handle this evening.
“I just received my COVID-19 confirmation test result. It is POSITIVE. I am asymptomatic and will continue to self-isolate”, he tweeted.
The state has recorded seven (7) positive cases so far, according to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
