The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday night announced 242 new cases of Covid-19 in the country, tallying the total infections to 4,641.
A total of 902 patients have been treated and discharged, while 150 deaths have been recorded.
The Center said on its social media handles that the new cases are spread across the affected States thus:

“On the 10th of April 2020, we erroneously announced 2 new deaths in Nasarawa.
”There was 1 death in Nasarawa. We apologise to the State Government for this error, and remain committed to providing accurate data” it stated.
