Nasarawa State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Dr Abdulkarim Kana, was on Thursday confirmed to have tested positive to Covid-19.
The State Commissioner for Health, Pharmacist Yahaya Ahmed, disclosed this in Lafia.
He noted that, so far, the State has recorded over 230 confirmed cases of the virus; while 150 had been discharged, and 8 deaths recorded.
The Attorney General is a member of the state Task Force on Covid-19 who was reported to be conscious of the pandemic by observing its safety rules like daily wearing of facemask, washing of hands and usage of hand sanitizer.
