A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and popular community leader in Etsako Central local government area (LGA) of Edo State Engineer Peter Umosor has showered encomiums on Governor Monday Okpewholo for actuating his campaign promises to the appreciation of the electorate barely 100 days that he has spent as Governor.
Engineer Peter Umosor, a Chairmanship Aspirant averred that Senator Monday Okpewholo is carving a niche for himself by bring succour to the citizenry with regards to construction of commerce-boosting roads across the three senatorial districts of the state.
By the same token, the Iraokor-born Chieftain heaped encomiums on the Edo State Chapter Chairman of the APC, Emperor Jarrett Tenebe saying that within such a relatively short time, he has proven to be a stabilizing force behind the Governor and all of APC in the heart beat of the nation.
In an exclusive interview with ExpressDay on Thursday in Iyuku-Uzairue, the respected leader said, ” Governor Monday Okpewholo has proved his meetle within such a short time. I must congratulate him on his 100 days in office. As a matter of fact, looking at his positive impact, the breath of fresh air, one is tempted to think that the Governor has actually spent a longer time in office”
On Governor Monday Okpewholo’s 100 days in office, an official release by his CPS, Fred Itua said, ” on tuesday, Governor Okpebholo inspected ongoing road projects at Temboga, Uteh, Ekiuwa, Orior-Ozolua, Iguovbiahianmwen Communities, all in Edo South.
Peter Umosor went on to corroborate the widely held view that Governor Monday Okpewholo has carried the people along in just 100 days in office in an incontrovertible way.
” By their fruits,you shall know them, the Bible says. Im taking a cue from Governor Monday Okpewholo and when I become the Executive Chairman of Etsako Central local government area, I shall do what Governor Okpewholo is doing in Edo State”, he said to this Reporter in an interaction.
