Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State has suspended his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Development Control, Arch. Stanley Buba, over alleged forgery.
He asked the SSA to step down, pending the outcome of the investigation.
Stanley Buba was asked to hand over all government properties in his possession to the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nasarawa State Urban Development Board (NUDB).
The indefinite suspension order was contained in a letter signed by the Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State, Muhammad Ubandoma Aliyu dated 9th September, 2020.
Governor Sule, based his decision on the recommendation of Nasarawa State House of Assembly, following an ongoing investigation by an Ad-hoc committee constituted by the House to look into alleged receipt forgery, impersonation.
