Former Kogi Deputy Gov seeks renewed hope for better Nigeria

Former Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Elder Simon Achuba, has felicitated with Nigerians on this year’s celebration of New Year. 
In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Akor Sylvester, Elder Achuba urged Nigerians to have strong faith and renewed hope in God for a better Nigeria. 
He expressed hope that the new year has a lot to offer with more unimaginable blessings.

He said though the outgone year 2020 was obviously tough, rough and very challenging, the new year- 2021 would be a year of recovery for  those who believe in God.
The former Deputy Governor further congratulated residents of Kogi state for successfully entering in to a year he described as a year of hope and fulfilment. 
He urged them to be more prayerful in whatever they do, adding that with prayers and dedication to God, many things would work out in their favour.

The former Deputy Governor, however, implored the people to continue to adhere strictly to COVID-19 safety guidelines, in order to be insulated against the seeming second wave of the pandemic.
He also enjoined them not to entertain any fear but to continue to put their trust in God, by renewing their faith in Him with the hope for better future.
