The Executive Chairman, Ethiope East local government area of Delta state, Hon. (Pharm) Victor Ofobrukueta, weekend, on behalf of his family, the government and people of Ethiope East congratulate his amiable leader and boss, Sen. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, CON on the occasion of his 64th birth anniversary.
The Ethiope East Council boss in a congratulatory message made available to newsmen through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Akpevwe Ahwarieme, in his country home, Okpara, Ethiope East local government, described the immediate past governor of the state, Sen. Okowa as not only a patriotic Deltan but a rally point in the development of the state.
While using this occasion of his 64th birthday as an avenue to commend him towards his contributions to the state and nation building, Ofobrukueta said Okowa has impacted positively into the lives of several individuals, youths and groups during his administration as governor of Delta state.
Ofobrukueta said during the tenure of Sen. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, a lot were achieved through his Smart and Stronger Delta Agenda, through which a lot of youths has benefitted greatly in his skill acquisition programs in and across the four walls of the state with harvests of human and infrastructural development.
While congratulating him on his 64th birthday, Ofobrukueta prayed God almighty to continue to guide and protect him with higher responsibilities in his service to mankind, Delta state and the nation at large for the overall development of all his people and political associates.
The Ethiope East boss commended Sen. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa for his role and contributions towards the victory of Rt. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori and the Peoples Democratic Party in the just concluded state house of assembly, house of reps, senate and the governorship elections across the state.
Ofobrukueta while eulogizing the leadership qualities of Sen. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, the Ethiope East Council boss said Okowa possesses uncommon leadership styles worthy of note in service and in public life, stating that his type are rare.
