A Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed an application by the federal government seeking to extradite Abba Kyari to the United States.
The suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) is wanted in the United States over alleged conspiracy to commit wire fraud, money laundering and identity theft.
This is even as he is in detention in Nigeria, facing illegal drug dealing charges.
