Given the harsh economic realities of today’s Nigeria, and the negative impact of it on citizens, the managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) of Ayoclet hotel and suites, Cletus Anthony has advised the citizenry to embrace recreational activities arguing that entertainment is as good for the human body as money is good for the pocket or bank account.
Ayoclet hotel and suites is located in solid-mineral rich Ikpeshi in Akoko-Edo local government area (LGA) of Edo State.
While taking ExpressDay Newspaper on a tour of the entertainment center on Saturday, Cletus Anthony averred that when a man is looking for money to pay basic bills and he doesn’t immediately get it, he starts to get perturbed, thereby working himself up and obstructing his body temperature negatively.
“Ayoclet hotel and suites is actually helping to douse the economic pressure in the land. We parade swimming pool, night club, 34 cozy rooms, and of course we never lack cost effective food. The services we provide are a recipe for good health'”, Anthony enthused.
Investigation reveals that Ikpeshi is a huge contributor to the internally generated revenue (IGR) drive of Edo State and parades plenty of quarries and prospective investors.
Cletus Anthony who is also a miner as well as a youth leader in Ikpeshi said he was inspired to establish Ayoclet hotel and suites to arrest capital flight.
“After a man has made money, the next thing he is looking for is where to spend it and get value for such spending. We have many companies here. Their executives go to Auchi and Benin for recreation. Now that trend has been arrested as they now unwind here. Of course, Ayoclet provides the added value of keeping them close to their factories “, he emphasized.
On his where he is taking the hotel to in about 10 years time, he had this to say, “Ayoclet started operating in 2023. In 10 years time, we hope to become an entertainment center of choice in Edo north and all of Edo State”.
